Beebe’s Cigarette Tax Bill Gets 75, Heads to Senate

Gov. Mike Beebe’s 56-cent hike in the cigarette tax, an important part of his legislative package, was approved in Arkansas House on Thursday with 75 voting for the bill and 24 voting against.
